Home favourite and second seed Chinmay Pradhan won the singles title in the AITA-OTA 50K Men’s Ranking Tennis Tournament, defeating fourth seed Arghya Das of West Bengal 6-1, 6-3 in the final at Gurukul Resort Tennis Complex, Mendhasal, near here today.
West Bengal duo Rohit Rampuria and Aditya V Roychowdhury captured the doubles crown, getting the better of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra combination of Harshith Satkarni-Shimon Shastri 6-4, 6-1 in the summit clash.
The five-day tournament was organised by Gurukul Resort, under the auspices of Odisha Tennis Association (OTA).
