Three players from Odisha have been selected to represent India in a Tri-Nation T-20 Cricket Tournament for the Blind, scheduled to be organised by Bangladesh Blind Cricket Council (BBCC) in Dhaka from 2 to 8 April, 2021. They are Kalia Pradhan, Mohammed Jafar Iqbal and Pankaj Bhue.
A 17-member Indian team, featuring the Odisha trio, was announced by Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) today. The Tri-Nation Tournament would be organised on the occasion of the Birth Centenary of the Father of the Nation -Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rehman – “Mujib Barsho” and the 50th Independence Anniversary of Bangladesh.
