Saroj Kumar Sethi will lead a 12-member Odisha team in the 68th Senior Men National Kabaddi Championship, scheduled to be held in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh from 13 to 16 April, 2021. This was informed by Odisha Kabaddi Association secretary Ajay Kumar Behera today.
The state team left for Ayodhya today, accompanied by coach, manager and two national referees. Odisha men team has two players each from Cuttack and Puri and one each from Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Rourkela, Ganjam, Nayagarh and National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack. K Madhab Raoand Malay Kumar Rout are coach and manager respectively.
National referees Sasmita Das (Bhubaneswar) and Pradeep Kumar Sahoo (Jajpur) have been selected by Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India (AKFI) to officiate in the National championship.
