Surya Mohapatra and Subhra Nirjharini Swain will lead Odisha State Under-19 cricket teams in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy Under-19 Mens One-Day Tournament and BCCI Under-19 Womens Trophy One-Day Tournament respectively for the season 2021-22.
The two State U-19 teams, featuring 22 players each, were announced by Odisha Cricket Association today. While U-19 men team left for Mohali, Punjab, the U-19 women team departed for Jaipur, Rajasthan today.
Odisha U-19 Men will play their five Elite Group-A league matches against teams Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Andhra between September 28 and October 4. Odisha U-19 Women will play their five Elite Group-E league games against Karnataka, Himachal, Mizoram, Tripura and Punjab, also between September 28 and October 4.
