Host Odisha bagged bronze medal in both men and women sections of the 40th Junior National Kho-Kho Championship, which concluded at the Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium in KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar today. Maharashtra maintained their hegemony in the championship by retaining both the titles.
In the grueling finals, Maharashtra women beat Kolhapur by three points, while their men defeated Delhi by an innings and two points. Delhi men were playing the final for the first time in the history of the championship.
