Kanhu Soren emerged as the most successful competitor, bagging a treble in the first leg of the Kalinga Super Swimming Series 2023, which was held at Biju Patnaik Swimming Pool, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar today.
Soren, a student of Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), won three gold medals in Boys Group-2 (11 & 12 years). Anshika Aradhana Sahoo of Bhubaneswar was most success among female swimmers, winning two gold medals in Girls Group-1 (13-15 years).
Kalinga Super Swimming Series, featuring five phases, is being organised by Kalinga Aquatics Club (KAC) with the support of Department of Sports & Youth Services (DSYS), Government of Odisha and Odisha JSW Swimming High Performance Centre.
