Odisha men and women teams won the bronze medal in the 56th Senior National Kho-kho Championship, which was held at KD Jadhav Hall in Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi from 28 March to 1 April 2024. Maharashtra clinched a double, winning both the mens and womens titles.
Railway men and Airport Authority of India women settled with the silver medal. Both the champion and runners-up teams were presented with cash prizes of Rs 3 lakh and Rs 2 lakh respectively.
Odisha men secured the bronze medal, defeating Kolhapur in the 3rd/4th place match. Earlier in the semifinals, Odisha lost to Railways 22-24. In quarterfinals, Odisha men beat Karnataka 28-24.
