Para table tennis players Gautam Singh and Uday Kumar Rout won one bronze medal each for Odisha by reaching semifinals in mens Class-2 and Class-6 categories respectively on the last day of the 2nd Khelo India Para Games 2025 at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi today.
In the semi-finals, Gautam lost to Avinash Gopinath from Tamil Nadu 6-11, 4-11, 1-11, while Uday went down to Vikash Thakur from Gujarat 11-4, 5-11, 6-11, 12-14. Odisha secured 16th position in the Games with a total of 12 medals, which featured two gold and two silver and eight bronze.
