Odisha won eight medals in the 10th Senior National Minigolf Championship, which was held at Vasantro Public Programme Arts & Social Science Institute in Nagpur, Maharashtra from 26 to 29 June 2025. The eight medals include two gold, three silver and three bronze.
Odisha secured overall second position in women category and third in men group. A total of 18 teams from across the country participated in this National championship, which was organized by Maharashtra Minigolf Association and Nagpur District Minigolf Association, under the aegis of Minigolf Federation of India.
State Sports Department Director Deepankar Mohapatra felicitated the Odisha medal winners in Bhubaneswar today. Minigolf Association of Odisha (MAO) president Dr Satyabrata Minaketan, vice-president Prasenjeet Pati and joint-secretary Pradyumna Behera have congratulated the team for its success.
