Odisha Green road on a half-century each by former Hong Kong captain Anshuman Rath and Gaurav Choudhury to rout East Coast Railway by 88 runs in their super league T20 match of the Kalahandi Cup Senior & U-19 Men Inter-District Cricket Tournament at Ravenshaw University Ground in Cuttack today.
Odisha Yellow, Odisha Blue, Odisha Violet , Odisha Red and Rourkela registered wins in five other matches of the day. An incredible haul of six wickets for 15 runs by left-arm spinner Papu Ray propelled Odisha Violet to a 17-run win over Jharsuguda.
Good allround performance by Amit B Rout helped Odisha Blue beat Sundargarh by nine runs, while Odisha Yellow prevailed over Khordha by 10 runs, thanks to a three-wicket haul by Nitish Niranjan Samantray.
