Batsmen dominated the day in the Kalahandi Cup Inter-District Cricket Tournament (Senior & U-19 Men) with five among them hitting a century each in nine preliminary league matches at different grounds in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar today. Bhubaneswar-B, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Cuttack-A, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Rourkela and Jagatsinghpur emerged winners in the nine matches of the day.
The five batsmen who came up with a century each were: Amin I Khan (Jajpur, 126), Rupak Pradhan (Bargarh, 119*), Hemanta Nayak (Rourkela, 107*), Pankaj Senapati (Keonjhar, 100*) and Aashirwad Swain (Rourkela, 100).
