Debansu Rayguru and Raghuvendra Tripathy hit a century each to power Balangir to a 164-run win over Sonepur in their Silver Group match of the Kalahandi Cup Senior Men Inter-District Cricket Tournament at Sunshine Ground in Cuttack today.
Paradeep, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Puri and Deogarh registered wins in five other matches of the day. Among other notable individual performers, Nabarangpur allrounder Sukesh K Heera continued his sizzling form by scoring a century and picking up four wickets.
Pradipta and Lipu Nayak bagged five wickets each for Paradeep and Deogarh respectively, while Debasis Dash captured four wickets for Puri.
