U-19 Cricket: Tanmayee, Priyankaree hit tons in Odisha win

Odisha rode on a century each by captain Tanmayee Behera and promising talent Priyankaree Muduli to maul Mizoram by 334 runs in their second Group-F match of the BCCI Womens U-19 One-Day Trophy at Daly College Ground in Indore, Madhya Pradesh today.

Captain Tanmayee followed her 88 against Sikkim in the opening match with 122 against Mizoram. She hit 20 boundaries and one six in her 69-ball blistering knock today. Tanmayee put Odisha in a commanding position, making a second-wicket partnership of 202 runs with Priyankaree.

Left-hand opening batter Priyankaree, who made a disappointing National debut with a blob against Sikkim in the ongoing tournament, became a sort of overnight star, scoring 113 runs against Mizoram today. Her 116-ball polished knock featured 15 fours and one six.
