Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applicable website policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase a subscription.

2. Account eligibility and security

• You must provide accurate registration and contact information.
• Your subscription is linked to your Sports Odisha account and is intended for your personal use.
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.

3. Plans, price, and duration

The plan name, price, duration, and included access shown on the subscription page at checkout form part of your purchase. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Access begins only after payment is verified and activated, and ends on the expiry date shown in your account.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay and supported payment providers. Sports Odisha does not request or store your card CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking password. A checkout response alone does not activate access; the payment signature and captured status must be verified by our server.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Successfully activated subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including unused or partially used periods, except where required by applicable law. Review the complete Cancellation and Refund Policy before payment.

6. Permitted use

You may access subscribed content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share accounts, resell access, scrape or systematically download content, bypass access controls, reproduce protected material, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Suspension and availability

We may suspend access for fraud, payment disputes, account sharing, security threats, misuse, or breach of these terms. We may perform maintenance or change available features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Intellectual property

Sports Odisha content, branding, photographs, design, databases, and software remain owned by Sports Odisha or their respective licensors. A subscription grants limited access and does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.

9. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Odisha is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use, payment-provider interruption, or unauthorised account access. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Material changes apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.

10. Support and governing law

Questions may be sent to info@sportsodisha.com. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Odisha, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
